Yes, Our customers own the LTE Router while we offer the necessary equipment during checkout. This helps ensure that you enjoy the flexibility of a no-contract month-to-month option without any hassle.

The device works off of cell towers. Our LTE router uses the latest technology to provide you with lightning-fast speeds and reliable connection. It features 2 LTE & 4 WIFI antennas; up 1200Mbps speeds (Speeds vary due to Area and Towers); 5 Ethernet ports; external antennae + ethernet cable top signal; and connects up to 32 devices.
What is your refund policy ?
If you are not satisfied with our services, you can get a full refund within the first 7 days of your purchase. After that, refunds are not available, however you can cancel anytime before your next billing cycle and no more charges will be applied.
How does monthly billing work?
We automatically bill your account each month for the plan you selected. So, if you need more data, you can upgrade at anytime before the next billing cycle – but no need to worry; you will never be charged more than what you agreed upon. And should you decide to cancel your service, just let us know before your next billing cycle and there will be no more charges.
What happens if I go over my data amount?
Don’t worry! You won’t incur any extra charges if you exceed your data limit. However, if you find that you need more data, you can easily upgrade your plan before the next billing cycle to avoid any interruptions in service.
Please note that your data allowance runs from the first day of each month until the last day of the month. In the event that you exceed your data limit, your internet service will be temporarily suspended. At this point, you have two options: you may choose to purchase additional data by upgrading to a higher plan, or you can wait until the first day of the following month for your internet service to be automatically reinstated.
